Since its inception, L&T Precision has supported prototype and production volume quantities for engineers utilizing CNC machining, turning, punching, laser cutting, forming, assembly, spot welding, painting, powder coating, and silk screening. A History of Commitment and Collaboration
The Nguyen family opened the doors to L&T in 1984 in Poway, California, near San Diego. The four-person shop used limited equipment in a 15,000-square-foot space. Four decades later, the company is a dynamic business with over 100 employees in a 50,000-square-foot facility.
All along the way, L&T’s staff has been dedicated to delivering exceptional machining and sheet metal fabrication services. The Nguyen family fostered ownership, accountability, and respect amongst their team members, and they also emphasized the advantages of humility, perenially learning new things, and boldly striving for groundbreaking solutions for customer concepts and needs.
Those early inspirations continue to guide L&T, where the company’s vision is to leverage individual and collective skills to advance technologies and to have a meaningful impact on their communities and environment.

In December 2020, The Partner Companies (TPC) acquired L&T Precision. The two companies share common goals — staying at the forefront of modern technology and investing in innovation, delivering top-notch customer service with rapid decision-making and expedited product delivery solutions without sacrificing vision or quality.
