Sue Lech joins The Partner Companies as Supply Chain Director, supporting TPC’s operating companies with materials forecasting, strategic sourcing, and inventory control.
Sue comes to TPC with decades of experience helping companies manage inventory and procurement, most of it in the metals industry for businesses with multiple locations. Her track record includes negotiating large annual contracts, reducing costs, and improving efficiencies.
Sue earned a B.S. in Business Management from Northern Illinois University and a Master’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain from Georgia College & State University.
The Lech family makes their home in Chicago, Illinois. Sue and her husband of 32 years, Dave, share their lives with two adult children, Jen and Brian, and a Golden Retriever named Casey. Sue is a tireless volunteer, having created innovative programs to increase donations to the local food pantry, among other initiatives.
