The Partner Companies (TPC) announced the acquisition of Photofabrication Engineering Inc. (PEI). Based in Milford, Massachusetts, PEI is a photochemical machining specialist with dedicated departments for precision etching and decorative etching. The company is a leader in Titanium etching and processes most metals for mission-critical parts.

The acquisition was finalized in April 2021.
